FOR PATIENTS -  Your health matters. We can help you better understand your current  situation and see what needs to changed and repaired so that  you are able to live your very best life. Our consultations are  performed by board certified physicians. Please complete a consult request form or send a simple email and we will get a board certified health specialist  to contact you and provide a proper consultation service to help you get answers to questions that you may have relative to some life care concern, whether it be to directly give advice or point you  in the direction that will  help you get a professional meaningful opinion to what matters to you.  We will work to find someone for you. Our base cost for the one time  1 hour consultation is 250.00 USD. Additional consultation/management considerations/needs may develop and a printed cost  program will be provided ahead of anything  additional. Any additional requests will only be moved on at your written and agreed to  request.  

FOR PROFESSIONAL PROVIDERS - Record compliance reviews performed by board certified physicians carried out in a timely manner and complete  with summary and recommendations post review. Submit your request and we will respond directly with our available provider specific plans. Inquire about our subscription service  which allows a choice of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual  review/consultation offerings. We will send you our service sheet with pricing. As well, we offer a one time  or on-demand review/consultation service.  The  request form takes just a moment or so to complete and submit. We will reach out to you from that point.
